Yes, we accept Transport Accident Commission (TAC), WorkSafe Victoria (WorkSafe), and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) self-managed or plan-managed clients. Appointments are paid for upfront at the time of service, and we provide an itemised invoice with the appropriate claim details for reimbursement through the relevant funding body. Please note these organisations may not reimburse the full appointment fee, and an out-of-pocket cost may apply. Please bring your claim details and any required approvals to your appointment, and contact our reception team if you require further clarification.

Yes, you can directly receive Medicare rebates for physiotherapy under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program at the time of your appointment. If you have been experiencing pain or a condition for over six months, you may be eligible for up to five subsidised physiotherapy visits per year. To access this, book an appointment with your GP to discuss qualifying for an EPC. Once your GP activates the plan, please bring it to the clinic and we will process the rebate for you. If you have already been provided with an EPC, just bring it to your appointment, and we’ll handle the Medicare rebate processing for you.
