Improve results with exercise rehabilitation.

Tailored 1:1 and 1:4 Clinical Pilates

Tailored 1:1 and 1:4 Clinical Pilates

Our one-on-one and group Clinical Pilates sessions utilise premium equipment, including Pilates reformer beds and towers. Your practitioner will administer tailored exercises to improve your biomechanics, and progress you along the appropriate rehabilitation path in order to reach your health and fitness goals more safely and effectively.

Your Clinical Pilates journey at Kinematics will start with an initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists in order to get to know you and your body better.

Following your comprehensive initial assessment, your practitioner will lead you through a series of individually tailored exercises to address your pain and movement deficiencies.

Once you have a good understanding of your exercises and are consistently improving, your physio will progress you on to begin group classes.

Each client will be continuing their personalised program established during their sessions with their clinician, which will be continually revised and progressed as you advance.
