We’ve created the perfect packages to get you kick-started into either our tailored Clinical Exercise or Strength + Rehab group classes.
Our $299 Kickstarter offer saves you over $100 and includes:
- 60min Initial assessment
- 60min Follow-up appointment
- 1x tailored group class
- 1x 30min infrared sauna

Your Kickstarter Pack will begin an initial assessment with one of our Clinical Pilates or Strength based Physiotherapists. Following a comprehensive initial assessment, your practitioner will lead you through a series of individually tailored exercises. These exercises will be specifically targeted to address any pain or movement deficiencies, as well as those which progress you towards your health and fitness goals safely and effectively. After your two 1:1 appointments, your practitioner will progress you on to your first group class.
Book online or call 9421 3661 to lock in your initial assessment. At your first appointment we will book you in for your follow-up appointment, group class + infrared sauna.
