Pilates is an integrative mind-body approach to exercise. When practiced correctly and consistently, reformer Pilates can improve posture, flexibility, strength and movement patterns of the whole body.
Our instructors provide a wide range of Pilates exercise progressions or regressions to suit beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
Although not required, we recommend starting with an initial assessment with one of our Pilates practitioners in order for us to get to know you and your body better.

Our reformer classes are limited to a maximum of 6 clients per class. These classes are carefully guided with varying levels of intensity and hands-on instruction ensuring correct technique at all times.
Although not required, your Pilates experience at Kinematics will ideally always start with an initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists or Osteopaths in order to get to know you and your body better.
It involves a full-body screening and enables us to establish any areas of injury, imbalance or weakness to ensure you get the most out of your sessions. It is also an opportunity to introduce you to our Pilates studio and discuss which exercise sessions are best suited to your body moving forwards.
Private health claiming is only available on our smaller group Clinical Exercise and Strength + Conditioning classes with a Physiotherapist.
