Back Pain? Physio + Sauna for New Clients
Get to the cause of your back pain, recover with confidence and return to doing what you love.
Treat back pain at the source
At Kinematics, our physiotherapists go beyond treating the sore spot. Back pain rarely starts where you feel it, so we take the time to understand your symptoms, movement, lifestyle and goals, then work out what is actually driving it.
With hands-on treatment, personalised rehabilitation and access to an experienced multidisciplinary team, we help you move better, feel stronger and reduce the risk of the pain returning.
Back Pain Treatment Tailored To You
Whether your back pain came on suddenly, has been building for years, or is stopping you from working, training or sleeping, our physiotherapists are here to help.
Your treatment may include:
- A detailed assessment of your pain, movement and the functional chains around it
- Soft tissue work to settle tight, overloaded muscle
- Specific techniques to take tension off irritated nerves
- Joint mobilisation matched to the type of dysfunction we find
- An individual rehabilitation and strength program for your back, hips and core
- Support to safely return to work, training, sport and everyday activity
- Strategies to keep the pain from coming back
Not all back pain is the same, so we don’t treat it the same. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we build a plan around your body, your goals and what matters most to you.
