Physiotherapist + Strength

Emmanuel Jude

Emmanuel is a Bachelor of Physiotherapy graduate from Auckland University of Technology with a strong passion for sport, strength and performance. He has gained experience across a range of clinical and sporting environments, working with people of all ages and abilities, from those recovering from injury to athletes looking to improve their performance.

Emmanuel’s passion for physiotherapy developed from his own interest in sport, health and fitness. While working in New Zealand, he developed his clinical skills treating a diverse range of patients and athletes across multiple sporting codes, particularly rugby and soccer. These experiences shaped his belief that effective rehabilitation should not only address pain and injury, but also build the strength, capacity and confidence required to return to the activities that matter most.

At Kinematics, Emmanuel takes a holistic and active approach to rehabilitation, combining physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, biomechanics and evidence-based exercise programming. He has a particular interest in sporting injuries, lower-limb and running-related conditions, and helping people transition from rehabilitation back into strength, training and performance.

Emmanuel works collaboratively with his clients to understand the bigger picture behind their injury and develop practical, individualised strategies that help them move with confidence and build long-term physical capacity. Whether the goal is returning to sport, getting back into the gym, improving running performance or simply moving better, he aims to help people become stronger and more resilient beyond their rehabilitation.

Outside of Kinematics, Emmanuel enjoys strength training, playing and following sport, spending time with friends and family, and continually learning about physiotherapy, strength and conditioning and human performance

Emmanuel is at Kinematics Tuesday to Saturday.
