Our Youth Athlete Development Program is a structured 10-week program designed to develop not just better athletes — but more resilient, disciplined, and confident young people.
A comprehensive, physio-led development program combining:
- Strength & conditioning
- Injury prevention & performance support
- Mental skills & resilience training
All delivered in a supportive, high-performance environment designed to help young athletes thrive. This is more than training. It’s a pathway to long-term performance, leadership, and injury resilience.
What our YADP involves:
- Initial 1:1 Physiotherapy Assessment (60 mins)
Establish baseline performance, injury history, and individual goals - 2 x Weekly Small Group Strength Sessions (60 mins)
Led by Kinematics physios, focusing on movement quality, strength, and coordination - Ongoing Coaching & Support
Guidance every step of the way to ensure progress and confidence - Suitable for athletes aged 12–18 across all sports
- $99/week direct debit (10 week term minimum)

Not at all. The program is tailored to each athlete’s level, whether they’re new to training or already competing at a high level.
The program runs over a 10 week school term, and includes an initial 1:1 physio assessment, and twice-weekly small group strength sessions.
The program is $99 per week, with a minimum 10-week commitment.
Payments are set up via weekly direct debit for the duration of the program, making it simple and consistent across the 10 weeks.
We recommend starting at the beginning of a block to get the full benefit, but feel free to reach out and we can discuss suitable options.
We understand things come up. While sessions aren’t transferable, we’ll always do our best to support consistency and keep athletes on track.
Yes — all sessions are led by qualified physiotherapists, with classes capped at 5-6 athletes to ensure safe, effective training and individualised guidance.
