Pilates is an integrative mind-body approach to exercise. When practiced correctly and consistently, Pilates can improve posture, flexibility, strength and movement patterns of the whole body.
Our instructors prescribe a wide range of Pilates exercises utilising reformers, towers and various other equipment in our one-on-one and groupĀ Clinical Exercise sessions.

Your initial appointment will involve a comprehensive history, detailed assessment of your movement and loading patterns as well as discussion of your desired rehabilitation and performance goals. This enables our clinicians to establish a safe and specific exercise program that is tailored to your individual needs.
Yes. We require you to book an appointment with one of our clinicans (physiotherpaists or osteopaths) prior to attending a group class. Our 1:1 appointments involve full-body screening, which enables us to establish any areas of injury, imbalance or weakness. This ensure you get the most out of your sessions. It is also an opportunity to introduce you to our boutique Clinical Exercise + Pilates studio.
1:1 Clinical Exercise sessions are claimable when conducted by our physiotherapists and osteopaths. 1:4 sessions are claimable when conducted by our physiotherapists.
