Our K. Kid’s Clinical Pilates program is specially designed for primary school students aged 8-12. Led by Olivia, our experienced paediatric physiotherapist, these small group classes (max 5 participants) offer a fun, supportive environment where children can develop essential physical skills that will benefit them in everyday life and their sporting activities.

Kinematics’ 8-week program is tailored to meet each child’s developmental needs, ensuring that every participant feels challenged and supported. Whether your child is dealing with hypermobility, scoliosis, toe walking, or just looking to build strength and confidence, our Kid’s Clinical Pilates offers professional guidance and playful exercise.

How To Book K. Kid's Pilates Online

Packs have a 3-month expiry from the date of purchase.

Children should wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for a full range of movement.

While we encourage independence and focus during the class, parents are welcome to stay and observe the first session. After that, we recommend dropping off and picking up to help your child build confidence and concentration.

No prior experience is required. Our classes are designed to cater to all levels of ability, whether your child is new to exercise or already active in sports.

Olivia can provide regular feedback and conduct assessments at various stages to monitor your child's progress. We can inform you of any significant developments or areas where your child might need additional support.
Olivia also provides 1:1 appointments, and if we consider this necessary for your child, we'll suggest this option.

Our paediatric physiotherapist will work with you to determine if the class is suitable and can modify exercises to accommodate your child's needs.

Yes, your child can join mid-term. We will adjust the class pack to reflect the remaining sessions. Please get in touch with us to book the initial appointment or the free discovery call.

If we need to cancel a class due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a make-up session or a credit towards future classes in the next term.
