Our goal isn’t simply to get you through two individual appointments. These physio pilates sessions are designed to give you the foundations to progress confidently into our Clinical Pilates classes at Kinematics.

Unlike a generic Pilates class where everyone follows the same workout, our Clinical Pilates classes are small-group, Physiotherapist-led sessions with a maximum of four clients.

You’ll work through an individual program developed around your body and goals, with your Physio there to guide your technique, modify exercises and progressively challenge you as you improve.
