Mark is a Bachelor of Physiotherapy graduate from the University of Melbourne with over 12 years of experience in private practice. He is also a qualified Pilates instructor and strength and conditioning coach, and has a keen interest in various movement systems such as weightlifting, calisthenics, and kettlebell training.

Mark has undertaken further studies in the diagnosis and treatment for conditions of the spine, ribcage, and pelvis. He loves to work with complex lower back pain and migraine patients, and believes that his skill set in conjunction with the amazing team approach at Kinematics can assist with the management of these conditions.

He also enjoys working with runners, and uses his combined knowledge of addressing spine and pelvic dysfunction, running form correction and strength training to help people achieve their goals, from a first post-pregnancy 5k to personal bests in ultramarathons. He strongly believes in the power of healthy movement practices for injury recovery and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Outside of work, Mark is a health enthusiast who enjoys various physical activities such as strength training, running, yoga, and surfing. He is also passionate about nutrition and longevity, with a goal to continue surfing well into his 70s and beyond.
