A holistic approach to Osteopathy
Hands-on holistic health to promote optimal movement and wellbeing.
Hands-on, holistic Osteopathy
Osteopathy focuses on how the body works as a unit and how this links to the quality of its overall function. Utilising a range of hands-on treatments such as mobilisation, stretching, and manipulation of the joints and muscles, and connective tissues, our osteopaths aim to enhance your body’s function to help you achieve your optimal state of health and wellbeing.
Whether you have a visceral condition such as irritable bowel syndrome, or a musculoskeletal issue such as low back pain, our osteopaths will always look at the body holistically to determine the primary source of your dysfunction.
Key Treatments:
- Soft tissue massage
- Joint manipulation and mobilisation
- Cupping
- Postural correction
- Dry needling
