Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules for all bookings.

If you no-show to an appointment, cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

Consideration to waive the cancellation fee may be given under compassionate grounds.

Our cancellation policy is in place as appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice allows another patient access to the appointment time. We appreciate your understanding!
