Physiotherapist + Pilates

Erin Mahoney

Erin graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Physiotherapy and has since worked in private practice, helping clients move better and feel stronger.

With a background as both a competitive gymnast and an accredited gymnastics coach, Erin’s passion for physiotherapy was sparked through her own experiences with injury, movement, and performance. She brings over five years of experience teaching Clinical Pilates, and has a strong focus on biomechanics and strength & conditioning.

At Kinematics, Erin blends movement-based rehab with hands-on techniques like soft tissue release, dry needling, and joint mobilisation to support recovery and performance. She’s excited to be part of a multidisciplinary team where she can keep growing and bring her love for strength and movement to life.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find Erin training in the gym, out on a run, laughing with friends, or curating her next online shopping find.

Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find Erin in the gym, out for a run, catching up with friends, or diving into some online shopping.

Erin is at Kinematics Monday to Friday.
