Brydie Charman

Brydie grew up participating in various sports like basketball, AFL, netball, and dancing. Her passion for sports and experiences with injuries led her to become an Osteopath.

During her studies, Brydie learned the importance of a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on helping clients achieve their individual goals. She believes that by aligning with clients’ beliefs and objectives, she can facilitate better health outcomes.

As a qualified Pilates instructor, Brydie enhances her understanding of movement patterns, which informs her rehabilitation plans. She enjoys treating a wide range of issues, with a particular interest in jaw pain, neck and back pain, women’s health, and the active population.

Outside of the clinic, Brydie loves surfing, running, Pilates, and camping with friends. She holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University, Melbourne.
