Kinematics is a well established holistic health clinic conveniently located in Richmond. Our services include Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Podiatric Biomechanics, Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Clinical Pilates and Strength + Conditioning. The working hours for this role will be a minimum of 15 hours per week with the ability to build to a full-time position for the right applicant.

The role will involve:

  • Being the friendly front of house face welcoming our clients into the clinic.
  • Using our clinical software Cliniko to schedule appointments, take payments, maintain patient files and generate reports.
  • Administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Light cleaning duties, including vacuuming, tidying and preparing consulting rooms, end of day close.
  • Actively promoting Kinematics services to potential referrers and clients.
  • Working at least one week night and Saturday shift per week.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of administration experience or extensive customer service experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are vital as Kinematics offers a high level of client centred care.
  • Ability to work independently as well as closely within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
  • Willingness to learn and understand our unique approach to allied health so that you can coherently be the eyes, ears and voice of the clinic.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn clinical software quickly is essential
  • High level computer literacy, including proficiency using Word and Excel.
  • The ability to be efficient, multi-task, prioritise tasks and be have great attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working in an allied health practice and using Cliniko practice management software will be highly regarded.

The remuneration package is negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
