K-Fit Classes

Dynamic classes to keep you fit + moving well!

Our K-fit classes include group led mobility, activation, strength and cardiovascular components with extensive exercise variety instructed by our S+C coaches. Whilst all the exercises will be group led, as a K-fitter, your strength levels will be monitored and progressed weekly by our coaches to ensure your performance is improving and your achieving the desired strength goals.

K-fit classes are limited to a maximum of 6 clients per class and are carefully guided with varying levels of intensity and hands-on instruction ensuring correct technique at all times.

Before attending a K-Fit group class, we require you to book an appointment with one of our S+C practitioners to establish your desired strength and performance goals as well as your current movement capabilities. If you are rehabilitating from pain or injury, we recommend booking in with an allied health professional (osteo or physio) first, as our 1:1 or 1:4 S+C sessions may be more suitable for you to begin with.

Yes, we require you to book an appointment with one of our S+C practitioners prior to attending a K-Fit group class. This 1:1 is to establish your desired strength and performance goals as well as your current movement capabilities before beginning our K-fit classes.

At Kinematics Strength + Recovery - 32 Lambert St, conveniently located a 2 minute walk from our Lincoln St (K1) location.

As our K-Fit classes are run by our Strength + Conditioning classes, they aren't claimable with private health. Our 1:4 Strength + Conditioning and 1:4 Clinical Exercise classes are claimable when conducted by our physiotherapists.

If you are intending to claim, we recommend checking with your private health insurer prior to booking your initial session, so you can select the appropriate clinician and class type.
