Neil Anderson

Neil is an experienced marketer with an MBA from Melbourne University, a double degree in Marketing and Management from Monash University, and a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance. With more than 26 years in marketing and sales, his career spans client-side, contracting and consulting roles for organisations such as BHP, Ford and AustralianSuper.

Neil brings deep experience in the allied health sector. He spent two and a half years with the Back in Motion Health Group and has supported practices such as Instinct Health, DMA Clinical Pilates and Unique Physio in growth advisory consulting roles. His strength lies in combining commercial discipline with practical, patient-oriented initiatives that support sustainable clinic growth. Neil will help Kinematics achieve our ambition to be a benchmark clinic in the provision of holistic healthcare to elite and everyday performers.

Away from work, Neil is a proud father to a daughter with special needs. This part of his life shapes his purpose and is reflected in his roles as Director and Treasurer of both PURA Foundation Australia and helpsarah.org. His long-standing connection to allied health is also influenced by being a lifelong cricket tragic, playing weekly for the North Eltham Wanderers and for The Ravens in the Last Man Stands T20 competition.
