Jay completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. Soon after graduating, Jay gained extensive experience working with elite athletes and sporting teams competing at both national and international level.
In order to further her understanding of biomechanics and body movement, Jay went on to complete post-graduate study in strength and conditioning.
Jay is a competitive sports player herself and has played representative level basketball for the past 16 years. She is currently playing for the Cook Islands 3×3 basketball team who recently won a gold medal at the Pacific Mini Games in Vanuatu.
Her vast knowledge and experience enables her to successfully treat a wide range of injuries and conditions, whilst helping people to achieve their goals and optimal health.
Jay is excited by the opportunity to bring her passion and experience to the Kinematics crew. Her knowledge, energy and taste in music make her the perfect fit!
