Her particular areas of interest lie in sports nutrition, functional nutrition, gut health, and assisting people in developing healthy relationships with food.
Evangeline is a competitive powerlifter, training several times per week and competing nationally for Powerlifting Australia. Being a strength athlete herself, Evangeline has vast personal experience in nutrition strategies for training and competition performance, ‘making weight’, and improving musculoskeletal inflammation.
When she is not eating or training, you may find Evangeline snuggling with her cat, watching Scrubs re-runs, or walking along the beach.
