Ash strives to educate and create self-awareness in her patients to achieve long-lasting outcomes and furthermore, proactively prevent common injuries, postural dysfunctions, and age-related diseases.
Over her years as an Osteopath and Pilates instructor, Ash has developed a particular interest in treating pre-and-post natal clients, chronic postural dysfunctions, acute sporting/training injuries, and visceral conditions. Additional to her clinic work, she has spent many years on the side of a football oval working for Old Carey Grammarians in the VAFA, and Melbourne Grammar Senior School.
In the consultation room, Ash utilises treatment techniques including soft tissue massage, myofascial release, joint articulation and manipulation, dry needling, and cupping. In the Pilates studio, she will undoubtedly get your muscles burning and your joints moving!
Ash loves to travel and get involved in all kinds of outdoor activities. She loves her netball, water sports and getting to the snow when she can. Her favourite place is Lake Eildon, where she can water ski and wake surf the summer days away. Being a Richmond local, you’ll be sure to see Ash out-and-about so don’t be shy and say hi!
