After completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, Troy furthered his studies with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation. Over the past 15 years, Troy has worked within various roles from athletic development and rehabilitation, to strength and conditioning for cricket, swimming, AFL and weightlifting sporting groups.
At Kinematics Strength + Recovery, Troy prides himself on his ability to work closely with the allied health practitioners. This collaborative approach bridges the gap between early stage rehabilitation and the return to high performance training and sport. He is committed to helping individuals work towards their training and performance goals, whether it be in a 1:1 or small group setting.
Troy is also a qualified Sports Nutritionist, with a particular interest in nutrition for body composition, athletic performance and recovery. He uses this knowledge to further assist his clients reach their health and performance goals.
Troy is passionate about sharing his extensive knowledge with his clients and the wider community. He has implemented mentoring programs for personal trainers and allied health practitioners as well as delivered nutrition and wellness seminars within the Melbourne corporate health sector. He also enjoys working within tertiary and vocational institutions, educating in the areas of strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, nutrition, anatomy, physiology and athletic development.Book with Troy
