Jess Ryan

Jess is a passionate strength + conditioning coach, who is dedicated to improving the movement and wellbeing of her clients.  In addition to completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, Jess has undergone coaching internships with Deuce Gym, Melbourne Strength Culture and Virtus Human Performance. Jess’ commitment to continually upskill herself has led her to undertake a Masters of Osteopathy at Victorian University. 

At Kinematics, Jess’ approach to exercise rehab and performance is based around educating and empowering her clients, to ultimately give them the tools they need to improve their body’s current capabilities and achieve their goals.

Jess also has a keen interest in human behaviour, and will consider your habits, mindset, lifestyle, sleep, stress, mentrual cycle and other factors in order to help you heal your body from the inside out!

Jess’ ultimate goal is to work with you to help you move better, get stronger and feel more confident in your body.

From powerlifting to representing Australia in Irish dancing, Jess enjoys variety in her training to keep herself fit and healthy. Her current exercise regime includes strength training, running, yoga and hiking in the great outdoors.
