Physiotherapist + Strength + Pilates

Amy Wiley

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology at the University of Miami, Amy moved to Australia to complete a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University.

Amy’s interest in Physiotherapy and the importance of preventative rehabilitation was sparked after undergoing three ACL reconstructions whilst competing as an NCAA Division 1 athlete at the University of Miami.

Amy recently completed her Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Functional Range Assessment (FRA) certifications through the The Functional Range System (FRS). The FRS is based on sound scientific principles that prioritize joint health to increase the longevity of one’s ability to move safely and efficiently. Amy will be implementing these new skills to empower her clients to play an active role in their rehabilitation and personal health management at both K1 and K2.

Other areas of particular interest are Women’s Health and Pilates. Amy is one of our head Pilates instructors at Kinematics and leads clinical 1:1, clinical 1:4 and reformer 1:6 classes.

In her spare time, Amy loves swimming, playing tennis, going to the beach and hiking with her border collie Ivy.

Amy is at K1 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and at K2 Tuesday evening and Thursday.
